We're an agency where individuals are able to share their expertise and work collectively as a team to provide clients with award-winning campaigns. Our backgrounds, cultures, languages, viewpoints, and experiences are diverse, but mutual respect is our bond.

As a minority and woman-owned small business, ecucomm is committed to fostering a positive work environment. A healthy work-life balance is company policy and management prides itself on open doors and open minds. Plus, our Director of Morale is a Labrador Retriever.

IMPACTO Youth Story

When ecucomm started this 501(c)(3) charity in 2013, our goal was to help at-risk kids and teens in the Washington, DC area recognize their potential and pursue their dreams. Today, IMPACTO is an award-winning charity that works with young men and women and schools, businesses, and other non-profits to create programs that change lives.
